Wedding Photographer & Videographer for Passau & the Bavarian Forest
Wedding Photography & Videography
A day you can see, hear and feel again and again.
Your wedding day flies by faster than you think – and many of the most beautiful moments happen when you're not even looking. Those are exactly the ones I capture, without pushing myself into the spotlight: the quiet smile before the ceremony, the tears during the vows, the laughter with your favorite people. Whether as photos, film, or both – what matters in the end is that it feels like you.

What couples say after their wedding

Common Questions
That depends on the duration of coverage. As a rough guide: 50-100 images per hour. My focus is on documentary wedding reportage – I capture your story in full, not just a handful of highlights.
On your wedding day I mainly work alone – either as photographer or as videographer. If you'd like both at once, I'm happy to connect you with a photographer or videographer from my regional partner network that I've worked with successfully before – matching style, coordinated schedule.
Every couple gets a free password-protected online gallery with a guest upload feature – so your guests' phone photos end up in one place too. See all the features at https://vincentwuerzinger.de/eventseite/.
Completely up to you – whether it's just a few hours or all the way until the very last guest goes home. The only limit is your budget! And if it does go until 4 AM: an energy drink or coffee must be provided though ;)
It depends on the location. I mainly work with natural light. However, for group photos or party shots, I often use a flash or larger studio strobes.
My standard setup is one camera on a tripod, for example during the ceremony in the church or registry office. Throughout the ceremony I also move discreetly through the scene with a second camera on a gimbal (stabilizer) to capture different angles and moments. Depending on your budget, additional fixed cameras can be added – for example positioned at the organ with a view of the altar.
For weddings I usually bring two, and sometimes three, cameras. I work with different lenses, so changing lenses would take too long and make me less flexible when important moments happen. Bringing several cameras also means I have backup equipment with me. If one camera fails, I can continue working with another without interrupting your day.
I don't use additional lighting, it would disturb the atmosphere far too much. I work with a very fast video camera and matching lenses that cope really well in dark surroundings without any extra light.
In very tight rooms – during getting ready or in small registry offices – I work with minimal equipment: no tripod, no stabilizer. That keeps me quick and unobtrusive, so I don't interrupt that intimate moment and you can fully enjoy it.
Closely coordinated – and with a clear order of priority: the photographer always goes first, unless you'd prefer it differently. On site I coordinate directly with them about who takes which position and when.
That way there are no complications and neither of us ends up in the other's shot. Ideally, you won't notice any of it.
I certainly don't put my feet up. During those stretches I capture moments from a distance: laughter, hugs, conversations among your guests – exactly the shots that later turn out to be the most valuable ones for your highlight clip.
If there's enough time, we can also use it actively: a group photo of all your guests by drone, a second short couple shoot at sunset, or interviews with your guests sharing a few words for you.
The highlight film is the cinematic essence of your day: 3-5 minutes with the most beautiful moments, music and real audio. The highlight clip is the short version (approx. 1 minute).
A second shooter, an additional camera or guest interviews can be booked as add-ons. You'll find all details in my pricing guide, which you'll receive automatically after your inquiry.
The 30% deposit secures your date at booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your wedding.
Yes. Every additional started hour costs 220 € when booked in advance, and 250 € when it is added spontaneously on the wedding day. Of course, only with your consent!
Travel costs within the districts of Freyung-Grafenau and Passau are included in the price. Beyond that, I charge 70 € per hour of travel time and 0.50 € per kilometer.
