2. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process personal data to provide this website, answer inquiries, and ensure secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(c), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where consent is required (for example analytics), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR applies.

3. Contact Form and Marketing

Data entered in the contact form is used to process your request and follow-up communication. It is transmitted directly to our own inquiry system (hosted on Vercel, database by Supabase) and stored there. Via the email service provider Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Berlin, Germany) we are notified of your inquiry, you receive a confirmation of receipt, and your contact details are added to our contact management system. No external form service is used. We may also use your contact details to inform you about our own related services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, direct marketing). Email newsletters are only sent with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Data is retained only as long as necessary to process the request or as required by law.

4. Hosting and Infrastructure

This website is hosted by All-Inkl (Germany) and delivered via Cloudflare (CDN/DNS). Our gallery and inquiry portal runs on Vercel with a Supabase database. Data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) are in place with all providers; transfers to third countries rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Analytics, Marketing and Cookies

Analytics and marketing services are only activated after explicit consent in the cookie settings. You can change your selection at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

With your consent to marketing cookies we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). It allows us to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram after your visit (remarketing) and to measure which ad led to an enquiry. Your IP address and the pages you viewed are transferred to Meta and may be linked to your Meta account. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your Rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
